Privacy Policy

When the form displays “Send Inquiry,” we save your submitted details in a private lead inbox on our hosting account, send a confirmation email, and notify our team. Internal reminders help us follow up. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We use a temporary session cookie to protect the form and short-lived hashed network and email identifiers to limit repeated submissions. When the form displays “Prepare Email,” it opens a draft in your email app; you choose whether to send it. The website does not store those draft details. Quick answers use prewritten responses and do not send chat messages to Imagine. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Imagine Digital Co. may collect information you voluntarily provide through inquiry forms, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, project interests, and message. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and provide requested services.

Imagine does not sell inquiry information. Website hosting, form delivery, analytics, booking, or other third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies when those services are enabled.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

When configured and with your permission, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, and Meta Pixel measures Facebook and Instagram advertising results. Google Tag Manager may manage these tags. Rejecting optional tracking does not stop you from submitting an inquiry. Use Tracking preferences to change your choice. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to disable both optional analytics and advertising measurement.

We send page and service identifiers, button interactions, device category, approved campaign codes, and a random conversion identifier after an inquiry is saved. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, website entry, message, or quick-answer text to these analytics platforms. Vendors still receive network information when their scripts load and may derive approximate geographic information; we do not request precise device location.

With permission, we remember your first campaign source for up to 90 days and your current session attribution for 30 minutes of inactivity. Your privacy choice is stored for up to 180 days. We keep a limited list of conversion identifiers in your browser to avoid duplicate reporting. Vendor cookies have their own lifetimes. Campaign information is included with your private inquiry so we can understand how you found us. Withdrawing permission stops future tracking and clears our attribution storage and known tracking cookies; it does not automatically delete information already received by vendors or inquiry records. Contact us about those records.

Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through the general inquiry form.

We keep inquiry records while needed to handle your request and related business records. Contact us to request correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for existing projects or recordkeeping. Deleting an inbox record does not remove copies of email already delivered.

We also save your preferred language and project selections with a submitted inquiry. Language preference is remembered in your browser without automatically redirecting you. Guided-form details stay in the page until you submit or open an email draft; they are not saved to browser storage.
