Website forms and Green Guide
The current estimate form is a demonstration: it prepares your request and SMS preference in your browser but does not send them to the business or save a durable lead or consent record. Selected photos are not uploaded. The current Green Guide assistant processes questions within the page without sending them to an external AI service.
The current website does not use analytics or advertising trackers or store form and chat information in cookies or browser local storage. Information you communicate directly to the business, such as by calling, is handled separately under this policy.
Protection and retention
Access to information should be limited to those who need it to respond to your request or provide services. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Information received by the business is retained as needed for the requested services, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and resolving questions or disputes.
Your choices and questions
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by calling (415) 869-5732. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations. You may decline SMS messages and still request estimates or services. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP; for help, reply HELP or call us.
